1. Where do I find my download after purchasing?
After checkout, you’ll see a download link right on the confirmation page. You’ll also receive an email with the subject line “Your download is ready”. If you don’t see it, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Still can’t find it. Email us at info@mysecretplaybook.com and we’ll resend it.

2. How do I open the digital book on my device?
Our files are available in PDF and EPUB formats.

• On a phone/tablet: Just tap the link in your email, and it should open in your browser or a reading app.

• On a computer: Click the link, and it will download to your “Downloads” folder. Open with any PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat).

3. Can I access the download more than once?
Yes! Your purchase email includes a permanent link. You can re-download anytime if you switch devices or accidentally delete the file.

4. Can I print the book or guides?
Absolutely. Many parents like to print sections so their kids can highlight, write notes, or use the worksheets. Just open the PDF and select Print.

5. Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital products, we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. If you experience issues accessing your product, please reach out, and we’ll make sure you get what you purchased.

6. What age group is this book for?
The stories and guides are designed for kids ages 6–12. Parents often read the stories with younger kids, and older kids usually enjoy reading on their own.
