Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been purchased.

If you experience technical issues (such as a broken download link), please contact us at info@mysecretplaybook.com and we will ensure you receive your purchase.

Physical Books
We do not offer refunds or returns for physical books unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mysecretplaybook.comwith your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

This policy does not affect rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country.
